Brewing cold brew couldn't be easier with these filters. Simply insert one commercial filter into the 5-gallon brewing container, pour in 5 pounds (2 kg) of coarse-ground coffee, and slowly add 14 quarts of filtered cool water, making sure to saturate all the coffee grounds. Twist the bag closed, leaving plenty of room for the coffee to move around, cover the lid, and let it brew for 12-24 hours. Drain the concentrate into a storage container, then carefully remove the filter with the grounds from the brewing container. Dispose of the filter and grounds, rinse the container, and air-dry it for reuse.
