HOW TO USE OUR EASY COLD BREW COFFEE FILTERS: Making Large Batch Cold Brew is Really this Easy: 1.) Pour in Grounds - Holds up to 8 cups of grounds. In this batch, we used 5 cups of grounds and 2 gallons of water. 2.) Tie the bag tight! - Each bag comes with attached draw strings. To secure the grounds for brewing, we recommend tying the draw stings around the slack of the filter bag. This ensures no grounds will escape! 3.) Brew in Water! - In this batch, we used a 2 gallon mason jar -- which you can find on Amazon.. make sure the jar opening is wide enough for the brewing bag to go in and out (bag will swell during brewing). 4.) Brew for 12-24 hrs & You're Done! - Brew for 12-24 hours in your refrigerator or counter top. Then, dispose of the coffee filter in your waste bin & serve on ice!
Recommended XL Brewing Jar for Cold Brew (WIDE MOUTH) - We recommend a 1-2 Gallon brewing jar with an extra wide opening. Make sure to find a large brewing jar that has a wide mouth. One mistake we've seen people make is that they use too narrow of a jar, then once the grounds swell up during brewing/soaking, they cannot get the brewing bag out... and that's no fun!
